What to Expect During Your Waxing Appointment
Your waxing appointment begins with a consultation about the areas you'd like treated and any concerns you may have. We'll explain the process and ensure your comfort throughout. The treatment area will be cleansed and prepared, then warm wax is applied in the direction of hair growth using either strip wax or hot wax depending on the area and your skin sensitivity. You'll feel the warm wax being applied, followed by quick removal in the opposite direction of hair growth. While there is some discomfort during hair removal, our experienced therapists work efficiently to minimise this. We use techniques to reduce pain and can adjust our approach for your comfort level. After waxing, we apply soothing products to calm the skin and reduce any redness. Most clients find the discomfort manageable and are pleased with the smooth, long-lasting results.
